Brownish black pour with a beige head and rungs of lacing. Smell and taste are the same: big roasted malt, cocoa, char and licorice with supporting vanilla, dark grain, barley, and yeast. Feel is roasty but in a soft way, malts are dry and smooth. This is really good on a cold winter night
