650ml bottle (156 of 200), and actually called 'Bizarre Love Triangle', my first ever of the serving type in Beer Revolution YEG's fine environs. Beats driving to Calgary, I suppose.

This beer pours a very cloudy, salmon-tinged medium golden yellow colour, with a teeming tower of puffy, rather loosely foamy, and above all fizzy off-white head, which leaves but a few disparate instances of sudsy speckled lace around the glass as things duly sink away.

It smells of tart white and rosé wine, a slight earthy and pale Italian cheese funkiness, grainy pale malt, and a touch of paint thinner. The taste is somewhat sour and muddled orchard fruit, lazy yeast, relatively sweet grainy pale and caramel malt, a bit of mixed tabletop pepper mill output, lemon and underripe orange citrus, and some ethereal earthy and leafy hop measures.

The bubbles are quite pervasive in their equally frothy and fizzy meanderings, the body on the light side of yer typical middleweight, and actually fairly smooth, the soft carbonation going a long way in that respect. It finishes off-dry, that tart fruitiness contending with a lingering pale malt graininess.

I gotta say, this ranks right up there with the better so-called Belgian-styled table beers, i.e. low ABV offerings that are still replete with flavour, as this one is. Fruity, yeasty, and sufficiently malty - nothing to complain about here!

650 ml bottle, purchased directly from the brewery. made the quick trip as soon as I saw the Tweet announcing the new Table Sour seasonal.
Poured quite cloudy, shiny golden color. Large head of loose bubbles, little chunky lace, thin cap lasted throughout.
It smells of sour fruit, and some funky yeast.
The taste is a bit citrus fruit and yeast, a good sourness left on the tongue. Nice malt base, with layers of fruit, spice and pepper, and earthy hops.
The body is light, smooth, low carbonation. Tart and sour finish and dry aftertaste.
