Appearance - Pours a hazy citrus gold with two fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - Wheat malts, spicy yeast, earthy and floral hops, pineapple fruit and juice, orange zest, hint of coriander.
Taste - Tart and tangy pineapple and orange, followed by bready wheat malts and light bitterness from the hops. Aftertaste lingers with pineapple freshness.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Smooth body.
Overall - A well-balanced wheat beer with a refreshing touch of pineapple. The pineapple is at just the right flavour level - enough to be noticed, but not too overpowering.
