A classic ride down IPA lane. This big'ol beer pays respects to the workhorse of the modern craft beer movement, the West Coast IPA. It built the (hoppy) foundation before our time, and we owe it so much as Dandy navigates the exciting new world of bold flavour profiles and changing styles. Floral and pine play with assertive bitterness, layers of citrus and dank herbal hops in this clear and copper ripper.

Slightly murky burnt orange to copper pour with a good two + fingers of tawny off white bubbly head.
Aroma hits with a sticky piney hop blast - grainy malt, notes of citrus - grapefruit; moderately dank.
Taste follows with a bitter sticky pine note, slightly dank and weedy, grapefruit peel, gritty cereal malts with some booziness - bitterness increasingly prominent though a touch of astringency at the finish.
Medium full bodied with a nice hop burst and well carbonated - the astringent finish (frankly more common to the hazy IPA in my experience) detracts slightly.
