Mocha Latte Peanut Butter Cheesecake Stout
Appearance - Pours a dark chocolate brown with two fingers of foamy tan head.
Smell - earthy and leafy hops, cocoa, chocolate, coffee bean, vanilla, cheesecake elements, graham cracker crust, roasted malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - earthy and leafy hops upfront. Then it goes into the cocoa, chocolate, coffee bean, vanilla, cheesecake elements, and graham cracker crust which are quite mild. The roasted malts and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky with the peanut butter and chocolate lingering.
Overall - An interesting concept from the Dandy but to me this tastes like a traditional American Stout with chocolate and peanut butter. It's too bad because I was expecting more from this brew.
