SMaSH Beer (Proximity Base Malt and Ella Hops)
Named after the First Lady of Jazz, Ella Fitzgerald, the third beer in our SMaSH (Single Malt and Single Hop) series showcases Base Malt from Proximity Malt and Ella hops from Australia. As with all of our SMaSH beers, the goal is the let the malt and hops be the stars. The result is an easy drinking super pale ale with a tropical and grapefruit forward hop profile.
