Pours an effervescent & chill hazed gold with one finger of ivory colored head. Good head retention & lacing
S: Pears & Golden Delicious apples
T: Grassyness, sour apples up front, tartness as well up front. Tartness, Golden delicious apple, tartness, a little honey dryness & sweetness as this warms. Finishes tart with green apple
MF: Light body, delicate carbonation
Drinks easy, good take on the style, but no new ground plowed here
