Like a Russian Matryoshka or ʻnestingʼ doll, the secret of Dosvidanya Russian Imperial Stout lies locked deep within her dark, mysterious & elaborate wooden layers. We said Dosvidanya, or ʻgoodbyeʼ, to the hidden soul of this oak bourbon barrel-aged beer for several months before now revealing its rich, robust and roasty maltiness which pairs perfectly with added toasted coconut.

Had on tap. Coconut bomb, both in smell and taste. Some almond, dryer malt, licorice, wood, chocolate, dark chocolate and plenty of bourbon to compliment. Little sweet but nothing too much to handle. Good textures in feel. Feel like the toasted and roasted elements make this beer special
