Poured from tap into a shaker pint. Slightly hazy yellow color with brief white head and good curtain lacing. Light grassy smell and taste. Hint of lemon. Clean and crisp. Not bad.

Had on tap. Clear pale golden body with two fingers of white foam and plenty of thin lacing. Pale malts and grassy hops with lemon zest and a hint of biscuit in the nose. Taste more lemongrass forward with the malts and lightly grainy yeast. Depth is limited, even for style. Pale and light bodied, crisp with higher carbonation. Guess you could say this pale pilsner is like the town it is from... normal!

just starting to see some beers from these guys in idaho, pretty neat. this is a basic pils, but not one i have seen from them in awhile, fine on tap, easy drinking, slightly european in aroma and flavor, in grain and yeast, but also somewhat domestic, dumbed down, simple, a touch cheap, not as long lagered it doesnt seem, and even though the parts are all right, it just drinks like a yellow lager for the most part, mellow, agreeable, but not special in any meaningful way, other than being cold and wet and beer. clear but not bright, yellow but not that light, even a touch dull, and it doesnt really hold its head long. it smells right, minerals, good water chemistry, maybe real light noble hops, but also maybe not, again just sort of generic, i do get some lager yeast in it, doughy and raw a little, but well enough used. the flavor is all of this, so basic and a little tired or even lazy, saggy in feel, which stands out with the sort of melted down flavor profile, maybe its not all that fresh. yeasty more than hoppy, lightly copper forward, maybe some corn or something in here too, its drinking easy enough, but its not great. i like these guys for a lot of thinks, funky wild beers, big stouts in barrels, so i was expecting a lot more out of a house type pils, but this feels like an attempt at a budget beer more than a passion project, underflavored to me overall, a shame. it will drink, no doubt, but there are so many good lagers around here right now i will not be too quick to return to this one...

A lot of lacing on the glass. Had on tap at WOB. Very earthy. Some slight bitterness on the back end and a touch of Brady sweetness on the front end.
Has an almost creamy mouthfeel which I find unusual for a pilsner.

Not normal. Lemony soapy taste with no malt pilsner character to speak of. Maybe I got a bad one ?

The pour is straw yellow. The taste is corn, malt, grains, & faint hops. Cheers! B-

Had this on draft at a local gastropub that typically has a solid draft list I can't go wrong with, but this was just aggressively not good for a pilsner. Veers into pissy ammonia territory, along with an unreasonable amount of butyric acid that simply shouldn't be here.

12oz can. Poured a crystal clear, straw-yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of floral notes, sweet bread and caramel. It tasted sweet with toasted caramel and bread. Light bitter bite.
