Two fairly local fairly big names, cool. Like the can art for some reason. Started off slightly hazy and cleared to a sorta yellow color with a moderate head that dropped to just a ring with some decent spots of lacing. Citrus bomb on the nose, mostly grapefruit. A hit of earth and pine follow, with some malty sweetness. Taste is the same blend of citrus and pine with a nice hint of a malty sweetness, Hop bitterness really comes through on the back. Exactly how an IPA like this should be. Hides that big abv% almost too well, drinks with good carbonation and an almost creamy feel. Guess I'll have to buy another.

Gold in appearance with a fingernail of off white. Heavy lacing. The aroma is a massive wallop of citrus. I'm tasting a heavy amount of citrus and pine. The mouth is sticky and resinous.
