12 oz can poured into a tulip pint glass, shared with my wife. Tons of bright, tart, juicy lemon. Nice bit of wheatiness. Not a complex beer but well-executed nevertheless. Tasty stuff and would be even better in the summer.

Presentation: 12 oz. can with the canning date printed on the bottom. Served in a Teku.
Appearance: The bubbly, bright white, one finger head disappears almost immediately and doesn't leave behind any lacing. It a beautiful, clear, bright straw color.
Smell: There's lemon zest, some spicy white pepper and a slight herbal note towards the end.
Taste: It's sour and fruity with a big punch of fresh lemon up front. Then some warmer notes of crisp biscuit and unsalted crackers show up to balance out the tartness.
Mouthfeel: It's smooth, creamy even; medium bodied but leaning towards light and very manageable. Carbonation is almost non-existent.
Overall: A tart, fruity, well made beer that's simple but very enjoyable, approachable and easy to drink.

Lemon Weisse pours a light copper color, with no head at all. Big sour, tart aroma, hints of lemon. Flavor is sour, very very sour, nice creamy notes, and lemon flavors. Great feel. Overall, a very very sour beer, nice lemon notes.
