We've added key lime, vanilla and lactose to our Leipzig-style gose to create a liquid version of the popular dessert. The result is a tart, creamy, refreshing treat for you tastebuds. Now, you can have your pie and drink it too. Cheers!

From Beer Drop, canned December 5th 2025.
Pours a slightly hazy orange yellow with a very small head of foam, lacing and retention are decent.
Smell is big lime and big vanilla, lactose aromas aren't far behind.
Taste is tart lime, vanilla, lactose, not as prevalent, overall, as what the smell suggested.
Light bodied, I have another can but after that, I don't need to drink this again.

Cloudy gold,orange appearance.
Medium carbonation with a just below average body.
Aroma is coriander, lime fruit and peel, bread, grain.
Taste first comes off just like key lime pie, tart, sour, coriander, grainy crust.very mild sweetness which quickly turns to a dry sourness.
Its a well done gone that I would try again
