Appearance: This is a cloudy looking not quiet orange not quiet yellow
Aroma: I couldnt get past the coriander, and other spices. i did smell a bit of floral hops
Taste: as it turns out i dont like coriander. but this was crisp and would be great as a winter beer i am sure just not in the summer
Notes: i am not fair to this beer. I should have known better then to taste this beer but as a beer lover you sometimes go to areas that you know you dont belong in it helps you appreciate beer and learn new distinguishing characters to help may be identify this before you get to it again.

This really came across more like a Witbier/Mimosa hybrid than Saison.
Very low carbonation, no head at all. Spotty bubbles around the edge when the glass was swirled. Bright opaque orangey brown color, looked more like orange juice. Nice citrusy spice aroma, big orange and coriander elements. Taste is similar, fruity orange, mild spice, and very low level tartness. Doesn't have much Saison character at all, although with some wheat and carbonation, it has the potential to be a juiced up Witbier.

picked up a growler at the local brew pub. poured into an imperial pint glass. very cloudy peach (as my wife said) color. one finger white head which thins out. nice lace.
fruity spicy esters. clove. sweet. no off odors.
sweet malt taste. fuity with some hop bitterness. blanaced for style. sweet ester aftertaste.
good carbonation. full body. i like it. i could drink only a few. pretty sweet. i would drink this again. nice saison.
