Walk through our brewery when we brew this beer, and you'd think we were a perfume manufacturer, but no need to wear what we make when you can drink it. This Belgian-style White or 'Wit' Ale: very pale in color, spiced with coriander, chamomile, lavender and orange peel, phenolic spiciness, fruity esters & mild acidity from wit yeast. It is unfiltered and has a nearly opaque/whitish haze appearance, low Noble hop bitterness and flavor and low-medium body.

Saw this at Watkins Drinkery, gave it a go even though Belgian White isn't my favorite style. Never heard of the brewery, intrigued.

Pours a nice hazy orange gold color with a fair and lasting white head. Laces the glass pretty well.

Scent is yeast, coriander and some sugary citrus.

Tastes like a decent, yet unimpressive entry for the style. Reminds me of my local Philadelphia Brewing Walt Witz

Solid mouthfeel, medium bodied with medium carbonation. Fits the flavor.

A working man's Belgian Wit. Sounds weird to say.

drank this while i was getting my growler filled at destihl. i am still happy they are in town. advertised as a belgian-style white. on-tap served in a tulip style glass. cloudy yellow with a one finger white head. sticky head with nice lace.

fruity orange nose. some rind in there. some wheat on the nose also.

sweet. can taste the coriander. fruity, spicy. sweet aftertaste. balanced for style.

mid to full body. good carbonation. good warm weather beer. i initially thought it to be a little sweet for a growler but in retrospect i could drink a few more. i should have stayed at the bar!
