2014 vintage; drank 7/15/14 on draft @ Fischman's.
Semi-opaque strawberry hue.
White head; decent lace.
Tart raspberry nose.
Thin mouthfeel.
Mild tart raspberry flavor up front; honey wheat finish. A tartness settles on the lips over the course of the beer.
A refreshing, tasty summer sipper.

Great find. Stumbled into a place that had a sixth barrel of this. Pretty tasty raspberry overtones, great ruby color, and a nice finish. Hope they brew again.

Poured a beautiful cloudy red body with two fingers of pinkish head. Quite nice looking and very appetizing. Scents of bright raspberries, an underlying lactic sourness and a faint hint of wheat malt. Overall impression of aroma is a bright, fruity, mildly sour Berliner Weisse that has a very strong fruit component. Flavor begins with medium-high sourness, with strong notes of raspberry, stronger than in the Bear Wallow. Sourness is lactic acid in character. In the middle further sourness is noted, along with nice strong notes of sour raspberry. The finish is bright and high in sourness, with a lactic character and an acidic flavor of sour raspberries continuing. Aftertaste is sour lactic acid, reminiscent of yogurt, sour raspberries and tangy, grainy wheat. Overall impression of flavor is a bright, fruity, sour, yet balanced Berliner Weisse that is quite refreshing. Mouthfeel is light bodied, effervescent, with high carbonation and a watery, acidic feel. Overall this is another good Berliner Weisse that is fruitier than the Bear Wallow, yet still nicely balanced with a wonderful aroma and refreshing flavor and mouthfeel. A good Berliner Weisse.

Light tartness that is hardly noticeable after a few sips. Decent raspberry flavor.
