This summertime seasonal beer is light straw in color and has a crisp, dry palate, light body and light malt sweetness. Low to medium hop floral aroma is present while hop bitterness is low. Fruity esters can be perceived, but the citrus flavors of lemongrass added to this brew predominate in this perfect beer to enjoy while watching your neighbor mow their grass.

On tap at Destihl Rest/Bar in Bloomington Normal.
Pours clear with a thin bright white head, medium carbonation, head goes to edge foam, light soapy lacing.
S: Grains, a hint of fruit, very distant pear.
T: Grains, a touch of lemon grass, lightly bright citrus, gently sweet, a light hint of bready malts.
F: Brisk light-bodied feel with a gentle snap. It has a fairly short finish that isn't too dry.
O: Quite an easy drinking beer. Glad I could have pints as fresh as they get. It is very good in its style.

Partaked of this beer at a 50th birthday party of a friend. Several beers were in a mixed bucket. Found this one late in the game at the bottom. Cold is surely the way to drink, with a great summer feel as a light-bodied ale. No lingering taste, while refreshing having drank several heavier beers earlier in the evening. Would buy!

new batch brewed up. purchased and drank the growler today with two bud light drinkers that really enjoyed it. appearance is a slightly hazy yellow body. a nice three finger tall head slowly settles in my pilsner glass, leaving loads of lacing behind. smell had a slight grass aroma from the lemongrass. luckily the lemon dominated the grass on the taste. mouthfeel seems a little hin, but carbonation is spot on. goes down easy with no noticable hop presence. has some citrus sweetness from the lemongrass and lemon peel in it. overall it was very easy to drink this growler and like i said before, even bmc drinkers enjoyed it.
