On tap at Destihl Restaurant & Taproom 7/31/24 poured into a 12 oz snifter. Most all pours at this location are this format and also 16 oz shaker glass pours. There are a few exceptions.
L: SRM 3.5 Pours clear light gold with a thin creamy white head, light fine carbonation, random medium lacing.
S: Grains. Not very expressive.
T: Gently sweet malts, grapefruit zest, a light bready note.
F: Very brisk then smooth and clean with a medium-bodied feel and a medium-length finish.
O: A very simple Helles that checks all the boxes for style and is extremely clean drinking and tasting. Nothing out of the ordinary. It is very good in its style.
