On cask at the brewpub.

Concentric rings of fine lace, good retention, and a creamy foam that only cask can deliver. Deep sunny orange, smouldering like a sunset.

Dry hopped with Amarillo, which lends a fresh citrusy note upfront, with a long lasting resiny green hop aroma. Toasty biscuit malts underlying. Firmly bitter, unmistakeable hop character, very leafy green. Resiny touch of aspirin bitterness, supple feel, with a moderate uncompromising hop character. Orange peel, sun tea, leafy herbals. Soft cask feel enhances the flavor. A nice showcase of Amarillo hops, and a successful beer overall.
