Our brewpubs don't sell mass produced beer, so to appease the masses, this all-barley blonde ale has a light, golden blonde color, crisp, dry palate, light-medium body, low hop profile and light malt sweetness. This beer proves that no adjuncts are needed to make a great, refreshing session beer.

A: Pours a hazy light yellow color. A small white head forms and recedes to nothing. Light lace.
S: Husky grains, light toasted malt. Some zesty lemons. A nice aroma.
T: Lots of grains and toasted malts that I think are nice. Slightly metallic. Finishes on the fruity side.
M/D: A medium body and carbonation. Fairly crisp and smooth. Easy to drink a few of, which is the point.

This certainly accomplishes what the brewers intended. An easy to drink lighter beer. Not bad at all. Though I have had better versions, and just a little dull for me.
