Had this on 2012-02-14 in Normal, IL at the brew pub.
A - Clear golden-amber with 1/2-finger white head and moderate lacing.
S - Citrus flesh, peach, hop floral. Not terribly strong but quite pleasant. There were food aromas present.
T - Really nice. Bright orange flesh and orange zest. Light pale malt. Plenty of gooey hop oils and corresponding hop floral aroma. Dries nicely and had a nice balance of citrus flesh and considerable zesty bitterness in the lingering aftertaste.
M - Light-medium body and light carbonation. Very resinous and moderately prickly. Clingy yet refreshing. Nice.
O - A significant improvement over the carbonated and not-dry-hopped version of this same brew. This is the one to get. I never minded the lower carbonation of this cask brew and greatly appreciated the extra flavor from the dry-hopping, which in this case was done by an immersed bag instead of a hop back, per the bartender.
