Served on tap at the Oak Park Micro Brew Review. Pours a hazy yellow with some head and nice lacing. The smell is deliciously tart with heavy vinegar , raspberries and cherries paired with heavy oak. Some mild accents of vanilla are mixed in there as well. The taste is very tart and acidic loaded with berries, cherry, oak, vinegar, vanilla. Mouthfeel is light and effervescent. Overall, another tasty sour from Destihl. Plenty of flavor for those into acidic sours like myself.
