Imperial Brown Ale is a rich, full-bodied, chestnut-hued ale with a lightly warming linger. Strong, playful caramel and toasted grain aromas lead into a full malt body accentuated by hints of chocolate and a faint smokiness. A light malty sweetness and pleasant warming sensation paints the palate with each sip

At the brewery.
Darkest amber that borders brown color with a thick head with decent retention.
Mild aroma with notes of chocolate, caramel and a bit of Brazilian guarana.
Flavor with notes of creamy chocolate, some cocoa, red fruits, papaya, cinnamon, a bit of guarana and lots if yeast. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Medium towards full body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 7.5% is very well hidden.
I felt this chocolatey Imperial Brown Ale too soft on hops. Average brew for average citizens.
