Four hop varieties give Sola an intensely juicy, tropical, bright citrus aroma and flavor, complemented by a touch of toasted malt character.

Picked up a sixer at Sams local Miami brew 6.8%. Lets give it a whirl. Popping the top I get wafts of pine, citrus and a hint of molasses. Pours to a cloudy orange with a huge pillow top head that’s stands like a champ. In the taste very carbonated some butterscotch with a strong burnt citrus bite and a clingy dry and bitter finish. Almost a gritty mouthfeel with so much carbonation. Not a brew for the faint of heart. Drinking the rest of the 6. This beer has way the fuck too much carbonation. Check out your slackers.

Poured into glass from can. Pours a hazy pale orange with white foam. Lots of citrus in the aroma. Tastes of grapefruit and tropical fruit flavors. Lots of floral notes with medium bitterness. Medium body. Excellent IPA in the New England genre.

Very good Miami brewed IPA. It pours with a nice light haze, with a good hint of tropical aromas, and when drinking a pleasant but not to powerful citrus flavor. Best part of this beer are the hops used, it's enough to create a nice easy bitterness without it being to overwhelming.
