Inspired by the classic Peruvian cocktail, Pisco Sour Berliner is a kettle-soured ale that’s aged on Muscat grapes and lime juice. The original recipe calls for egg whites to give it a rich creamy texture and foamy head, and we’ve brewed our version with high protein malts for a similar effect. Like a true Pisco, this beer has a crisp, white wine grape aroma, followed by a refreshing splash of tart citrus.

Was excited to try this Miami style Berliner. Nice feel to this with a subtle lime flavor. Not sure about the "Pisco" part of this buy not bad.
