The brewer has chosen to add rye and buckwheat. to basic ingredients.
Appearance : brown color, with tan foam head.
Smell : caramel aroma.
Taste and mouthfeel : the caramel dominates, very good consistency. Malt and grain then develop
Drinkability : a good 'bio" beer in the style English brown ale.
