Our Pale Ale is crafted with an exquisite blend of the finest hops, non-GMO malts, triple fermentation, carbonation and maturation. This traditional method more closely resembles the taste and freshness of pouring straight from the cellarmaster's cask. If allowed to age for an extended period of time, the cloudy appearance will naturally disappear into a swirl of yeast at the bottom of the bottle. This sediment is evidence of this time-honoured technique.
