Assuming this is the "Attraction No. 4" ("Morro Castle Smoked Porter aged in bourbon barrels"). 750 mL cork & cage bottle. Had to wrestle to get the cork out. Lot of pressure/carbonation upon opening. Poured a bit too aggressively into a tulip.
A - Three finger tan head, very pillowy, took its time settling down. Light penetration minimal. Nice sudsy lacing that doesn't linger very long.
S - Somewhat subtle chocolate/peat/smoke at first...later takes on an almost floral quality with bourbon sweetness.
T - Lot of chocolate up front with some bourbon booziness in the background. Hints of campfire and burnt rubber, bit of pepper. Bourbon, molasses, vanilla start to take center stage the longer it's in the glass.
M - Starts out creamy, thins out a bit with air time. Body is a tad light overall.
O - It's hard to believe the ABV doesn't get pushed up by the barrel aging...5.7%?? Seems low. A little on the sweet side...not great, but it's pretty darn good and seems to be flying under everyone's radar. For $17/750mL, I'll probably buy more.

Looks good and tastes good, but I don't get any barrel presence.
