Forgotten Boardwalk Brewing "A Bright Idea"
16 fl. oz. can without production codes or freshness dating
$4.99 @ Total Wine & More, Cherry Hill, NJ
Notes via stream of consciousness: A hazy deep golden body is capped by a finger's width of creamy white foam. The aroma is grainy and bready. The flavor follows with some spicy, floral, and lightly herbal hops threaded through the sweetish, grainy, and bready malt. A firm bitterness balances it and it finishes dry and spicy. In the mouth it's medium bodied and gently crisp. The head retention and lacing were OK but could have been better. I'd like to see some clarity in this as well but that's just a personal preference ~ the haze is OK. All in all there's really not a lot to say about this beer, there's nothing wrong with it but there's nothing special about it either.

Cloudy medium amber appearance.
Around a medium body with just above average carbonation.
Aroma is grain, cereal, malt, yeast, mild citrus with a bit of earthy honey. Overall a really pleasant aroma that wasn't weak at all.
Taste for the most part followed the aroma, mild sweetness with an even more mild hop bitterness.
Overall its a very easy to get down beer that was very flavorful.
