Served on tap at the grand opening party
Appearance-Poured a clear light orange with frothy white head that left glass-coating lace.
Aroma-Big bright citrus notes floral and bready notes.
Taste-Citrusy and floral hop notes, bready notes, and oats. Light bitteness but lots of hop character in the flavor and aroma, very well balanced.
Mouthfeel-Very creamy, smooth, soft carbonation, and dry. One of the creamiest and smoothest drinking pale ales I have ever had.
Overall-Very balanced pale ale with an incredible mouthfeel that went down very easy. I really enjoyed this one and would love to have access to it on a regular basis, again keep up the great work IronSight!
