Had this on-tap at FoBaB. Being quite familiar with Autumnal Fire, I had to try the bourbon barrel aged version. Enjoyed out of tasting glasses more than once with another AF aficionado buddy, we both really, really enjoyed this beer. The bourbon melded perfectly with this beer and really married with the flavors of this sweet version of a doppelbock. Definitely elevated the base beer, unlike about half of the other beers at FoBaB.
I would definitely snag this if it were in a bottle. I assume that is not happening, however.
