Dark brown with a moderate head.
This is an interesting mix between an amber and a lager. Heavy malty aromas waft off with a slightly Belgian undertone that lightens up the malt.
There are smooth lager notes, with light fruity aftertaste, some butter, and light yeast characteristics.
Farmhouse Rouge is a really full-bodied, solid brew.
