I just added this beer. The place describes the style as a "Belgian Stout" but such a classification doesn't exist on this site. Had it onsite, served in a tulip.
The beer is a deep brown, near black color, but its not totally opaque. Has a short tan head that leaves small amounts of stickage. Has a mellow aroma, barley, vanilla, yeast. Flavor is smooth, chocolaty, barley, belgian yeast, very smooth. Full bodied mouthfeel, ample amounts of carbonation. Being a fan of belgian style beers (I like taste of the yeast strain) and a fan of stouts, this was a match in heaven. Great flavor and great value, only $6, standard price at any brewpub but the experience was above the standard.
