Orange Blossom Saison is a super dark orange colored brew, almost the color of fig paste, with a moderate head.
An abundance of orange comes off the nose here, with a very pleasant, floral blanketing to soften the sharp citrus. The yeast is toned down.
While this is mostly sweet, it hits some strongly bitter notes sporadically. The orange is big, but not juicy. As mentioned already, it's more like a delicate floral, herbal sort of orange.
A very smooth, lager-like brew, this is a little drier, with much less yeast kick than some saisons. In other words, it's very well balanced on that front.
