Dark but shiny hazed amber with a milky white blanket and one or two creamy arms of lace.
Nose is really dank and pungent, spiked with some sticky fruit--I'm getting pine, cannabis, Sweet Tarts, orange and cracker.
Taste is almost hitting that apple cider vinegar note I sometimes get from Trillium IPAs, with spiced orange, grapefruit, cracker, and light pine. They call it a Farmhouse IPA with Belgian yeast, but there is just a touch of yeast in flavor, and none on the nose that I detected, so it's really pretty accurately added here as an IPA.
Medium body, smooth, light froth, semi-dry.
