Muddy dark prune juice red to dark brown with a thin tan chain that dies to nothing, this features caramelly toffee, sweet bourbon and a light smoky char delivered by a sharp, thin carbonation that comes with a nip of heat. Additional notes of graham and a touch of flame licked citrus zest accent a deeper, underlying note of light molasses. The aroma teases maple and brown sugar while downing a sip of the slick, sticky medium body that finishes semi-dry with an exhale of fig. More whiskey develops as it warms, and the mild woodiness escalates, becoming a little splintery.
