Mostly opaque light orange with no head, this kettle sour with vanilla and apricots is cleanly tart with tangy flavors of orangey apricot and a touch of biscuit via a medium, crisp body that finishes paper dry. A hint of vanilla cream runs through, bringing to mind those orange stripe hard candies, but only faintly.
