Having this beer on-tap at the Craft Collective. Served in a tulip style glass, this beer draws a very cloudy/hazy light copper color with a thick white ring lining surrounding the inside of the glass when first drawn and served. The settles to a medium sized white ring lining the inside of the glass. Barely any lacing at all here though. Has a slightly toasted, bready malt aroma with some caramel sweetness and certainly some wheat. The taste is quite similar, with sweet, slightly toasted, bready , caramel malt flavors along with some wheat and a hint of spice and not really any discernible hop flavors here. And that’s just fine of course. Spot of flavor profile-wise for this beer. Has a fairly crisp, yet smooth and frothy, medium bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean finish and a somewhat sweet, aftertaste.
