Brewed with a blend of spelt and biscuit rye, to create a complexly spicy malt base and then hopped with Hersbrücker and Michigan Cashmere to lend notes of pineapple and orange zest. Saison yeast provides fruity esters, phenolic peppercorn notes, and a general “farmyard” character reminiscent of spring and summer.
