Pours pitch black with a couple fingers of tan foam-insulation head that leaves sheets of lacing. The aroma is of soft, smooth rich coffee with a little milk chocolate and brown bread. The flavor is along the same lines. Rich, silky coffee flavor without being bitter or overly bold with some malt roast and chocolate hints to hold it up. Smooth feel, really nice balance, very drinkable. A pleasure to imbibe.
