Black, with ruby edges. Light brown foam, soft and creamy.
In the smell chocolate, light toasted, cocoa. Well mixed.
Same notes in the taste, with cocoa powder an chicory in the foreground.
Pleasant. Maybe a finish not too clean, and a bit too much body, but well done.
