A: Standard golden hue, with quickly dissipating and small head. However, there is some beautiful lacing down the glass that appears the duration of my drinking it.
S: Standard hoppy smell with some very light citrus (maybe) tangerine notes.
T: Moderate floral hops, with some faint citrus notes. Very standard IPA taste, but great nonetheless.
M: Light body and light carbonation. This would be a great session IPA.
O: I talked to the brewmaster as I had this. He was very friendly and the establishment seemed very nice, especially for Paris, TN. Nice earthy decor and you could see the brewing in the background. Great food was served there as well. The beer was somewhere between just fine and great. I would highly recommend this IPA and this brewing company.
