My first from these guys after seeing them show up and take over shelves out of nowhere recently. Pours a quite hazy deep orange, almost copper color with a big white head that has died down to a thin cap, tons of lacing lining the glass behind it. Aroma is quite light, but it's pure grassy hops with some citrus faint citrus notes and some malts. Taste follows but kicks things up a bit, nice balanced IPA flavor. Floral hops that move into some citrus notes and are all kept in check back some malt sweetness. Nicely carbonated and leaves a lingering bitterness. Pretty straightforward IPA, quite nice.

Tapped from the brewery into a 12oz snifter provides a golden yellowish orange with white head. Smell is definitively hoppy with mild malts that stay out of the way. Taste is uncomplicated hops starting dry and floral to a sharp citrus finish that pervades the sinuses. Feel is smooth forward and excitingly carbonated to finish. This is doesn’t lean toward trend, instead delivering a classic flavor that I’m happy to experience in 2018.

I got a can of this off the Binnys single shelf. It poured a hazy orangish with white head that is not leaving any lace. The scent had hints of bitterness. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall it's ok.

Copper to brown in color and hazy enough to not let much light through. There's an inch of frothy and rocky brown on top. The aroma is piney to oniony to grassy hops with a hint of light malt. I'm tasting that onion to grassy hop flavor with light malt appearing at the back of the palate. The mouth is a touch resinous with just a touch of stickiness.

From a twelve ounce can, this brew is a lightly hazy gold color. The head is mediu in size, white, and frothy. The aroma is bready, dough-like actually, with a soft floral quality. The taste is similar...with the pale malt dough quality and a more pronounced bitterness. It didn't smell like an IPA, but the taste is more approrirate. A bit of fruit as well. Medium-full in body and interesting.

Pours a frosty, hazy golden yellow with a 15mm white head. Head formation is tight and retains moderately well, with decent lacing left behind. Biscuit malt background with floral, pine, and resin hop notes. Flavor profile is a quality blend of floral and pine hops and biscuit malts. Very well balanced, but lacking excitement. Mouth feel is velvety, with a medium consistency. Overall, it's a fun brew. Despite the name, it doesn't seem too complex or hoppy. Still a fun beer to drink.
