Such a nice refreshing simple beer. Seeing the salt and lime, I was expecting a sour/tart Gose style brew. However it has nothing tart or sour going on. Just a light bodied crisp ale (i.e. Kolsch) with a hint of the 2 adjuncts (salt and lime). This works well. Great daily /summer drinker.

12oz can. Poured out a clear, pale golden color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of lime, salt and toasted caramel. Strong lime flavor with hints of salt. Margarita-like without being too sweet.

From a twelve ounce aluminum can, this brew is a slightly hazy gold color with a slim white head. The aroma has fruit (citrus) and a little grain. Light and wine-like aroma. No hop scent. The taste has significant lime flavor. I didn't get the salt at first, but it comes out after a few sips, making the beer more full and rounded. Light hop background. This is a well made and interesting beer.
