A solid AIPA. Had it on tap at Sage Grill, Custer, SD. Pours a mostly clear amber color with a medium size white head and thick bands of filmy lacing on the glass. Head retention is good. Aroma is mostly citrus hops. Good strong smell. Flavor is more of the same. Good level of bitterness, citrus hops and some balancing caramel malt. Mouth feel is crisp, rich enough with a nice balance between hops and malt. Good beer, I would have this one again. Me in by

Clear amber body with a yuuuuuuge white head. Lacing is fantastic.
Flavors are citrus and raspberries and a tsunami of bitterness. There is some very nice roasted malt underneath the bitterness. Mouthfeel is smooth and lightly carbonated, really bringing out the predominant fruity hops and bitterness.
Very awesome.

Poured from a bomber into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a lightly hazed golden amber color with a one finger head of bubbly white foam. The head has a good level of retention, slowly fading over time to leave a decent sum of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is strongest of a very bready and doughy aroma mixed with some sweeter tropical fruits of pineapple and mango and a bit of grapefruit hop. Along with these aromas comes a little bit of caramel malt and a decent hit of a yeasty smell.
Taste – The taste begins with a with a quite sweet tropical fruit flavor of pineapple, tangerine and mango that is matched by some bready malt and a decent showing of grapefruit hop. Upfront there is also a little bit of a dank pine and earthy taste, and while initially light, these tastes really ramp up as the taste moved forward to the end. While the earth and pine ramp up they are joined by an herbal hop as well, leaving one with a sweeter, but nice and dank taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is slightly more chewy and thick with a carbonation level that is normal to slightly lower. For the mix of dank and sweet the thicker feel is rather nice, allowing the robust flavors to be well appreciated by the tongue.
Overall – A rather nice, sorta tropically sweet, but pleasantly dank IPA. Rather tasty.
