Had this camping in the summer of 2018, George is my dog's name, so bonus. I've cut the bottle into a glass. This is the white peach version. Looks like all but one of the reviews are from fully evolved people capable of breathing through their nose.
Peach beer pours a light kinda peach color. 1/3" white head. Aroma backstory checks out, this smells like soft, fuzzy peaches. Straightforward and appreciable for it. Some places call this beer a saison, but I think the wild ale designation here is more on point, there wasn't much in the way of a saison going on for me.
Taste was easy, super appreciate the low abv, drinks better for it. Its a peach sour, but its got some deft touches, acidity and sourness well restrained. Carbonation was just right. The level of peach to barley was right in my wheelhouse, didn't delve itself into caprisun territory. I took a chance on this $20 bottle at Berkeley Bowl because of the name, would definitely spend that amount again, I enjoyed this on every level.

Pours a super clean and filtered light straw color. Lots of bubbles; no head.
Aroma is surprisingly funky, lots of lactic, green grape, and a little peach.
Taste has a great amount of white wine. A little on the watery side surprisingly. Good amount of peach, lemon peel, grape, and tons of melon.
Overall, good beer but not great, not worth the price. Not enough complexity on the taste. Also, the peach is lacking. Paired well with truffle tremor cheese. It gets a 86.5/100.

Hazy watery yellow.
Pineapple juice, guava juice.
Watered down fruit juice. Not too many bugs in this I guess.
Light amounts of sour. Light mouthfeel in general.

On-tap at the source and doing my surname some honor, on to the beer:
How about highlighter yellow colored, topped with a head which dissipates quickly to a small white lace, and a hazy body? Well, that's how George starts. A white peach beer it is, as the aroma shows modest elements of white peaches. Sweet and just a wee tart. Into the mouth it goes, it's a light bodied and lightly carbonated beer with a pleasing flavor. It starts sweet like a white peach, and midway through the beer turns tart. Siple and delicious. Juicy at the end.
This beer brings honor to my surname, honor to white peaches, and honor to the Good Beer Company.
