Appearance: Pours a hazy goldenstraw with a finger of foam that fades away while leaving a few splotches
Smell: Bread, funk and Meyer lemon
Taste: Funk forward with a leathery aspect developing; bready underneath with grassy, Meyer lemon pith tones, through the middle; the finish is very dry
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: A lot of yeasty expression here that battles with the Meyer lemon flavors
