1st review of this beer on BA. Had it at the last beer festival I ever went to, Sour Sunday 2020. I'm sure you'll need to show your papers or some shit in Berkeley from now on.
Peach beer pours a dark peach color with 1/4" off white head. Barrel aged peach beer smells like barrel and peaches, but there is a woody component to the smell that is dry, not that wet ass moldy Earth dark wood. Its a relatively bright peach aroma compared to the dark peach color appearance, and lemme tell you, this is about the best smelling peach beer I've ever come across, this is up there with peche n brett.
Taste hits the nice expected light but dry wood influence, brett and of course, ample peach flavor. The sourness is easy going, these are nice soft, probably white peaches. Its elegance is in its simplicity in many ways. Carbonation done well, especially with a festival beer (although possibly poured from can or bottle). Either way, whatever the serving vessel, its an elite tier peach beer. Would bang again.
