American Wild Ale.
Main compaint: if it was 2 inches dryer it might be perfect.
L: Dark. Burnt Caramel and (over)ripe cherries.
S:Honeysuckle and plum.
T: Sour then Sweet. Then Dry. Funk (would love a dram more Funk). The wine and bourbon barrels roll together, wine first. Explosive fruit (Zin) and subtle depth. Been a few years but I swear it reminds me of Libertine's Saison Fonce. A sour with the body of a saison (and almost the look and almost the heft of a stout). The zing of the zine is the single most dominant effect but at least three other agents at play.
F: Tart and soft on the toungue, minor head and small carbonation, like a carbonated barolo.
O: The most unique beer in a year ... I can't find enough wild ale, excited when I do. Not cheap but worth it.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
