Copenhagen 19/9 2017. 33 cl bottle from Mad & Vin, Magasin, Kbh. K. Drawing of Astronaut floating in Zero Gravity on the label.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with big white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam. Massive lacing.
Aroma is intense and fruity. Sweet exotic fruit like mango and papaya with intense citric notes. A touch of lemonade from the wheat.
Low carbonation and medium thick palate.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by strong but pleasant bitterness. Aftertaste is medium bitter with a sour touch from the Brett I suppose.
Nice IPA which does not overdo the funk.

Good beer. The Brett is There no doubt. But I would call it a apa and not an ipa. Good herbal bitterness. A bit thin. I'd expect something more dense.

This is great. Big Brett nose which complements a little malt and some hops. Brett carries through like an IPA version of Orval. Crisp and clean. Complex, refreshing, delicious.

330ml bottle best before December 2017
A - Hazy burnt gold with a dense white head that settles to a slender cap, leaving little lacing.
S - PHHHH-NOLIC! I'm sure there are some tropical hops there, but they blend with the phenols into a bubblegum bandaid. Could definitely do with more hop presence.
T - Follows the aroma, with a hint more tropical fruit coming through and a touch of alcohol in the finish.
M - Rocket Brewing Co. absolutely have mouthfeel DOWN. Perfectly balanced, with bitterness that lingers without being assaulting, and very little alcohol presence, especially for such a light yet 7.1% IPA.
O - The Brett is spot on, and the malt bill perfect. Just needs more hop presence (not sure when this was brewed, but could have faded a bit).
