Pours a hazy yellow with soft, soapy head.
Smell is fruity and a bit floral. Notes of honey, rye, grass, citrus and knäckebröd.
Taste is fruity, herbal and floral. Notes of honey, rye, citrus and knäckebröd with a moderate bitterness and some yeasty hints.
Mouthfeel is medium, a bit creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, Kölsch-style ale.
